Community Support Connections - Meals on Wheels and More is the result of a merger of four local charitable organizations, each with a long history of helping seniors and adults with disabilities in Waterloo Region.
From personal visits and reassurance calls to home maintenance and snow removal, CSC provides a variety of services to lessen feelings of loneliness, isolation and dependence. Approximately 600 local, dedicated volunteers support our small staff in serving over 5,270 of our most vulnerable neighbours. And you can help.
The annual Drive to Deliver Golf Tournament will be taking place at Rebel Creek Golf Course on Tuesday May 12th, 2015. Your assistance will help support the services we provide locally in Waterloo Region.

Charitable Donation
If you would prefer to send us a charitable donation in an amount of your choice, we would be more than happy to issue you an income tax receipt for donations over $10.00. Individual sponsorships are also available.
